As many of you know, I'm not the most experienced runner, and before recently you would have been lucky to hear the words 'Charley' and 'running' in the same sentence! However, I decided to set myself a challenge and run the Cardiff Half Marathon for Cancer Research UK this October!

Cancer Research UK is a charity close to my heart. Like many of you and millions of others worldwide, some of my closest family members have been affected by this illness. If it wasn't for Cancer Research UK, they might not still be here today.
