My sister and I will be abseiling down the Pelican Hotel based at St. George’s Hospital on 12 March to raising much needed funds for St Georges hospital. 

My reason for doing this is the fantastic care given to my youngest son since he was 18 months old.

Due to an issue with his immune system not behaving as it should do Noah has required lots of tests, hospital stays and multiple blood transfusions to help him recover. Specialist Doctors, nurses, lab technicians and volunteers. Hours and hours and most probably thousands of pounds in tests, treatments. All given to us for free by our wonderful NHS and the teams at St Georges.

The care we have received from nurses and doctors has been incredible not only in helping Noah but also supporting us as a family.

Since Noahs illness we have had ongoing outpatient care from St Georges. Through a world wide pandemic, always with his health and well being coming first.

Nothing we ever do will be able to repay St Georges for saving the life of our boy. Hopefully your generous donation and us facing our fear of heights can help make a difference to another child in need of the fantastic care given by St Georges.
