On Boxing Day I will be joining many others to run into the wintery waters of the North sea. I have to get up to my waist in the ice-cold sea to pass the challenge but hope I will be brave enough for a swim!

I'm taking part in the Whitby Boxing Day Dip to raise money for DASH, a charity which provides critical legal, housing, health, mental health, education, food and clothing support for refugees and people seeking asylum across Kirklees.

Any support and awareness raising you could offer to promote and enable DASH's work would be hugely appreciated.
