I am going to attempt this year's Tough Mudder with 8 other mad colleagues!  The event itself sponsors Help for Heros which is a fantastic charity but I have chosen to raise money separately for CRY, a charity that my family have come to know well through the sudden death of my lovely cousin, Matt.  Any donations to this would be gratefully received.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.
