I am  participating in the Kempton Park Race Course 5K inflatable run for the NSPCC on the 1st of September.

In order to raise money for this fabulous charity I am stopping smoking ( for life)!!!

While this will be tough, and the training even harder, it is a fantastic opportunity to raise money for such an amazing charity.
