Last year we smashed our fundraising target for the Warrington Wolves Foundation. This year I’m hoping to match that success running this time for Warrington Women’s Aid.  

During the pandemic, we know that sadly domestic violence cases increased enormously- putting a huge strain on the services to support victims and survivors. Warrington Women’s Aid have done an incredible job in difficult circumstances. 

But as the cost of living soars, charities like Warrington Women’s Aid that were relied upon so heavily during the pandemic, are not exempt from the crisis. Rising costs and an increase in demand for services is hitting many charities hard. That’s why I am raising money to support Warrington Women’s Aid. I hope not only to raise money for this crucial local charity but also to raise awareness of the important work they do all year round.
