Hey, I'm just your average mum of 2 who needed to start looking after herself. After moving to an entirely new village, I put myself on the local FB page and asked if there were any running groups around. Turns out there wasn't, but I've made new friends with this new group I've created! This has really helped with my own mental health and we're going through a lot as a wider family unit at home, so I was proud of myself for getting going with all of this! I haven't run since I was at school, but these ladies who are running alongside me are some of my biggest supporters and I couldn't be more grateful for them.
