We shall be swimming the 1 mile Great East Swim at Alton Water reservoir on 23rd June 2018 in aid of Mind, the mental health charity. 

We tragically lost our friend Daniel in December 2017. Daniel was struggling without knowing that he could turn to anyone for help.  Mental health issues can affect anyone around us, MIND provide advice & support to anyone experiencing mental health problems, they campaign to ensure services and support are available to those any need it. We are trying to raise as much money as possible to help raise as much awareness and help others who are suffering.
