My name is Vinnie and I am 8 years old. My mummy and daddy asked me what I wanted to dress up as for world book day on Thursday the 4th of March and I remembered captain sir Tom Moore had written a book and that I wanted to dress up as a real hero. Then I asked my mummy and daddy if I could do 100 laps of my home estate just like he did. Mummy said it would be hard work but I was allowed too. Mummy said she doesn’t think I’ll make millions but even 50p is better than nothing. I am raising money for the nhs just like sir Tom Moore did. The nhs have always played a big part of my life especially with my special peg I have so I know just how important the NHS are especially now. 

I have started with £2 from my piggy bank
