I am raising money for beat, the UK's leading charity supporting those affected by eating disorders because I know how scary it is to have an eating disorder and how important it is to have these kinds of resources. Anorexia has truly taken over my life, and I have contacted beat many times when I have needed help. I don't know what I would have done without them. I want to break the stigmas and make people aware that eating disorders can affect anyone. Whether you’re underweight, a healthy weight, overweight, male, female, black, white - it does not matter. Because it’s deadly no matter what. It’s okay to reach out for help, we just need to make sure that that help is there.
