Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the JustGiving page in memory of our Dad, Chas. As we've been making arrangements for Dad's funeral, it's become apparent that several people were keen to make a donation in his name. It wasn't something which we'd really considered, but we're touched that people want to remember him in such a positive way. In order to offer an alternative tribute to flowers, and as Dad gave so much of his time to nurturing and supporting young wheelchair racing talent, we've decided to set up this page. Our aim is to make a one off donation via Wheelpower and the British Wheelchair Racing Association, the latter of which Dad was a founder member, to help a young athlete achieve their potential. We think that Dad would've appreciated everybody pulling together to give somebody with the talent, but not necessarily the financial means, to achieve sporting success.

Thank you for your support.
