I'm doing the run to help find a cure for SMA, my nephew Alfie was born with SMA and had to spend the 1st 4 weeks of his life in hospital,i was really happy when he came home but sadly 2 weeks later he lost his fight to SMA, He was only 6 weeks & 4 days old. i hope people will donate and help me send money to the SMA trust who are working hard to find a cure so babies like my Alfie dont have to die. Me & my cousins  have to wait till were older to see if we are carriers of SMA and if we are i hope there is a cure :) thank you for helping x Ashley Leach
