My team 'The Tartan Cockneys' which members include my boyfriend Alexander Mallia, his dad Anthony Mallia, my brother Dean Moggach, his girlfriend Danielle Nicol and myself Chelsea Moggach have all joined forces in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. One of myself and Dean's main inspirations for taking part in this challenge is our grandad and childhood hero, Graeme Moggach who lost his battle with lung cancer on 08/07/00 at 68 years old. Someone else who we feel heavily inspired by is Tony's wife and Alex's mum, Susanne Mallia who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in December 2014. Sue tragically passed away just 3 months later on 14/03/15 aged 66. The Macmillan nurses were incredibly supportive, caring and were an immense comfort throughout. To say that raising money for this amazing cause is important to us, would be an understatement. All donations are greatly welcomed and appreciated!!! We can’t thank you enough.
