Story
In commemoration of the prophet Muhammad (saw) on the anniversary of his death, a group of children under 6 will be climbing the Peaks of Northala Fields on the 3rd of Oct to raise money for the orphans of Iraq.
They will be using their feet to make a difference to the lives of children just like them but born under very difficult circumstances. By raising money for them, they hope to maximise their chances to unlock their full potential.
All the money raised will be donated to the Al Ayn foundation.
Al-Ayn (UK) has been working since 2013, in collaboration with Al-Ayn (Iraq) to serve over 60,000 orphaned children in poverty from birth and throughout their childhood as well as during their transition into adulthood.
As well as essential monthly financial aid, each child sponsored through Al-Ayn is given access to psychological rehabilitation, medical care, educational support, personal development, vocational training, housing and more.
The kids would love your support on their first charity raising venture and hope to emulate the prophet Muhammad (saw) in ensuring the future of the orphans will be secure in their generation.
