Railway Children has a vision of a world in which no child is lost to the streets. Across the UK, India and Tanzania, our networks provide an opportunity for us to reach children who are alone and vulnerable before they come to serious harm. Together, we’re determined we’ll leave no child behind.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Have you ever felt alone? Children across the globe are running away from poverty, abuse and violence. It is hard to imagine the everyday difficulties they face. I came across the Railway Children 5 years ago after watching 'Lion' and I have been supporting it ever since.

Railway Children believes that no child should ever be forced to live alone and at risk on a railway platform. The charity wants to be able to reach as many children as possible and make a real, lasting difference to their lives.

With more support and more people helping, the greater the impact Railway Children can have, and the more effective the work will be in helping children stay safe across the UK, India and East Africa.

I am doing this walk to help raise funds for children who face the world alone who need support. The walk will be a personal challenge and just one endeavour to raise money for a great cause.

I hope to have a return of 'the bad mom' fundraiser when the world goes back to some normality.

Thank you for your donations. Every penny will make a difference to a child's life.
