This time of year seems too come round so fast !! The walk is a little later in the year this time round which suits us just fine, a little less than 4 years ago we had the worst news any family could receive - It was devastating, shocking and out of our control. We had no options and no way out and neither did our wonderful Mumma. She took one day at a time not letting the sad news interfere with making some of our most glorious memories together, picnics, beach trips, long walks, late night dinners, dancing, chatting and a Wedding 💒. We would do anything to have those times again so talking about them is something we all love to do together and no better cause than the magnificent St Michael’s Hospice. They Took care of Mum in her last few days and supported us greatly- to make sure they know how much we appreciate them let’s all dig deep and donate to ensure the fabulous care they give can continue. ⭐️ 🌟 💫

Did you know the Hospice needs to raise over £14,400 every day to continue to provide their services to the local community?Raising money at St Michael's Hospice Moonlight and Memories Walk helps with the everyday running of the Hospice and helps patients live comfortably during their stay.This event is also a chance to remember those loved ones that have been lost and to reflect on times together.Lighting your paper Lantern at the end of the walk, is a lovely reflective moment to take in the Hospice gardens and you can then celebrate your completion of the walk with light refreshments and a medal for your achievement.
