People with learning disabilities are too often unemployed and marginalised in society, with just 6% finding paid work in the UK. Team Domenica is here to change that. They give young people with learning disabilities a future through a range of training, education and support, we help them build the skills and confidence they need to find work. They then work with businesses in the community to remove barriers to employment. It works: their Supported Internship Programme has achieved an incredible 84% paid employment rate.
