Trystan is 8 years old and lives in Cilgerran near Cardigan in Wales. He has cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia) and we need your help to raise money for SDR surgery to give him a better quality of life and a chance to score goals! 

Trystan my love you lay so close to my heart more than you’ll ever know. Along with my niece who suffers this containing prisoning disease with you. I will do my upmost as your godmother to help you on your journey. Trystan you are a light to a life and fulfil peoples days with happiness and hope. Especially mine. I love you more than words can say and know we will get the money together to change your life :) 

This is a illness that lays close to my heart. My best mate Anwen and Tom and my brother and sister in law Mathew and Kay have both been affected by this.
