Despite 31 previous years of avoiding running at all costs, I have decided to run the Moray Half Marathon to raise money for MacMillan who supported my Dad when he was diagnosed with lung cancer 2 years ago.

As you will appreciate, based on my previous record of smoking too much, and drinking too much, for me this may as well be an iron man competition, so please dig deep.
