I have recently lost my very good friend Cathy who was so caring and loving to all the lives she touched.  This was evident during her time as a student physiotherapist when she was inspired by a young women called Anna Mitchell-Martin, who has Multiple Sclerosis but does not let anything stop her and works tirelessly for her branch of the charity.

I would like to raise some money for this very worthwhile charity, to support Anna and also in memory of my friend.  Cathy loved running and was herself due to run the Birmingham half to raise money to support Anna's work.  This one's for you girl!
