I'm joining the Lee Valley Race for Life on 4th October as my aim this year is to run a marathon, and running for Cancer Research UK makes the challenge even more worthwhile. 

Whenever I struggle with a training run, I remind myself how lucky I am to run at all. Too many people lose loved ones because of this spiteful disease, so please join the fight against cancer by sponsoring me.
