Yes I've officially gone bonkers and clearly having a quarter life crisis. 

Setting off in April 2022, I will be trekking with a group on the Jordan Trail, over mountains, through desert and canyons along ancient Bedouin paths for 100 spectacular kilometers over 6 days to Ancient Petra.

I've always got close to experiences like this but have fallen at the final hurdle because of my anxiety so this time I'm taking the plunge!

I am raising money for the Stars Appeal at Salisbury District Hospital so that they can continue to care for the people in Salisbury and the surrounding areas, especially in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. I have to raise at least £3300 to be able to join the trek. Although the costs of the trek come from this fundraising, these are fixed costs that have been negotiated to be the lowest possible while ensuring trekkers are safe. I’ll be paying for all my drinks, tips, equipment and insurance, as well as having already paid the initial deposit personally. Every single trekker will contribute at least £1650 to the Stars Appeal. Any money I raise over the £3300 target will also go straight to the Stars Appeal.
