Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In July I will be taking part in the Jurassic Coast Challenge, I will be walking 100km non stop from Poole to Bridport to raise money for Mind.

Starting from a village overlooking Poole Harbour it's around to Sandbanks, a short ferry ride across to Studland and 100km along the magnificent and varied Jurassic Coast to Weymouth at half way. Then on past Chesil Beach to the famous cliffs at West Bay with the finish line is in the vibrant Dorset town of Bridport. This will be a tough but unforgettable challenge!

By supporting Mind we are empowering anyone with a mental health problem to have more choice, experience better mental health services, and get the support and respect they deserve.

I have faced my own challenges with mental health and understand the importance of the work that Mind do. At a time where it is so difficult to access support, Mind provide a number of services to many of those desperate to get their lives back on track, as well as playing a role in reducing stigma!
