Bertie has a heart of gold and always puts others before himself, as a 10 year old (utterly handsome boy) not fitting into the stereotypical appearance expected by many, has resulted in a few verbal bruises and unkind comments over the years. 

Despite this, Bertie continued to grow his hair and finds it very amusing when people redirect him to the ladies toilets rather than the men's when we go out! :) 

After a few wobbles, tears of uncertainty and not really liking change; Bertie is still determined to raise money and support this wonderful charity to help other children regain their identity and confidence by giving his own hair to them to have a real wig.

The Chop-A-Thon will take place during Half Term w/c 21st Feb 2022!
