With the great success of the AH Show, in 2012 Tony Rizzo set up The Alternative Hair Charitable Foundation - Fighting Leukaemia. We support research projects aiming to fast-track development of new drugs for leukaemia. Working towards more effective & safer treatments for childhood leukaemia.

Story

On the 13th June 2019, 10 Mums and Family Members from The Royal Marsden Oak Centre for Children and Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital, whose children have all had/have one form of Childhood Cancer will be donating their hair to The Little Princess Trust .

When your child is diagnosed with this awful disease, the treatment and Chemotherapy drugs often makes them lose their hair.
The Little Princess Trust can provide wigs made from real hair for these children.

Tony Rizzo owner of SanRizz Hair Salons and founder of "The Alternative Hair Charity" has invited all the Mums/ Family Members to his Salon to donate their hair on behalf of The Little Princess Trust whilst raising much needed funds to help his Charity to provide research into kinder treatments and to allow them to take children to have special days out to make memories with their families. For some of these children and their families this is all they will have ...memories.

We would love you to show all the participants your support by sponsoring them for the chop! Many of them have been growing their hair for this event and most are donating between 7 - 12 inches!

There will be before and after pictures that we will be posting live from the event! So keep your eyes peeled.

Many Thanks in advance for your donation
