Hi guys, thank you so much for taking the time to visit my page. On Sunday 16th October i will be completing this 10k obstacle course. I will be taking on this challenge to raise money for a wonderful children's charity.

Heel & Toe helps over 100 children with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities. Heel & Toe provides FREE conductive education therapy to children all across the North East. The running costs of the charity is currently exceeding £500,000 and the charity receive no government funding. Therefore the charity relies solely on donations, fundraising and local support to continue helping children.
