30 years since I did the London Marathon and now I've been dragged into another one!

The Beachy Head marathon is 26 miles of mountains (total climb of 3500ft) and I'm running (crawling) it on Saturday October 22nd

With a close friend diagnosed with Alzheimer's and my own faculties fading fast the Alzheimer's society seemed a great organisation to promote
