With a new blood cancer diagnosis every 27 seconds worldwide, Cure Leukaemia funds research nurses at UK blood cancer centres, giving patients access to treatments through clinical trials. This support drives global significant advancements in blood cancer, impacting those affected by the disease.

Story

I want to raise money for Cure Leukaemia as a friend passed away from leukaemia approximately 20 years ago and more recently I have been struck by the news that a collegue through work and a great Wolves player have been diagnosed. So this personal challenge will be for Paddy, Debs & Carl, their fights will keep me going throughout the day -
https://www.charitychallenge.com/expedition/itinerary/2747/Snowdon-Triple-Challenge#tabs -  I will be cycling approx 10 miles, then trekking up Snowdon and back down to then kayak 2.5 miles across Llyn Padam.

Cure Leukaemia helps blood cancer patients to access pioneering drug and transplant treatments by funding a network of specialist research nurses across the UK. Without these nurses, to ensure patients are monitored and cared for, clinical trials of these new treatments would not run and patients, that have exhausted standard treatment options, would miss out on potentially lifesaving therapies. Every penny raised for Cure Leukaemia helps save lives and also hastens global progress towards the eradication of all forms of blood cancer.
