Please help me. I've signed up to run the bath half twice before in 2017 and 2018, and couldn't run it because i hadn't trained at all and the dog ate my homework.  Despite these minor setbacks, i knew this year would be my year and so I decided to run further than i have ever run, in the history of ever for a brilliant charity called Jamie's Farm. 

Fast forward 3 months and I haven't trained again. The gods have been out to get me with the release of Fifa 19, Football Manager and plenty of drinks after work forced upon me to derail my strict fitness regime. This is a plea for you not to sponsor me as if i hit my fundraising target, i'm going to have to actually do it.
