Myself, Gregg, Haydan and Ash Bon will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 peaks over the June Jubilee bank holiday to raise money for Mind Conwy. This 3 peak challenge is a continuous 24 mile hike making it longer than the national 3 peaks in terms of mileage. 

Mental health is a silent killer which nobody should go through alone, having seen what it can do to a family on a personal level this is something close to our hearts and something we are keen to help raise money and awareness for!
