I'm sure most people have heard of help for Heroes if you havent then its basically a charity dedicated to raising funds for wounded service men and women serving both at home and overseas in some of the most hellish places on the planet (Iraq , afghanistan etc.)  I Served for 7 years as a member of the parachute regiment Arguably the finest infantry fighting force on the planet !!!! The para10 is just one of a number of physical fitness tests on P company, one of the phases required to become a member of The parachute regiment.

Me plus 3 of my friends are taking part in the para10  carrying the 35LB's in rucksacks hopefully in a sub 1hr 40min time this  sept to raise as much cash as possible for H4H so dig deep and cough up, every little helps thanks and stay safe where ever your are !!!!!!! Binchy .
