Chris Brown has decided to do the race to the stones ultra marathon 100kms in under 24 hours , the race will be tracked digitally, and I will be doing it on Mersea island on the 6th July.

Story

My Black Dog is an online peer to peer support service for people struggling with their mental health. All of our volunteers have struggled with their own mental health and know what you're going through. When you don't know who to talk to, talk to someone who gets it.
