Monday 22nd of July 2019 I will be treking from Snowdon Base Camp on the north side of Snowdonia National Park back to Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales. A distance of over 120 miles summiting the 3 highest peaks in Wales along the way, Snowdon, Cadair idris and Pen y Fan over the course of a week to 10 days. The start of the journey will begin on Sunday 21st of July with a train to Bangor and a short walk to Snowdonia National Park where camp will be made for the night at the Snowdon Base Camp and an early start Monday morning for the main journey to commence. Over the course of the journey all necessary kit, food and water will be carried over the distance. Camp will be made each night at various sites along the route.

This trek is in an effort to raise awareness of Prostate Cancer and raise funds for Prostate Cymru. Contributing to this charity helps accomplish their objectives of raising awareness, promoting understanding, funding both the latest medical equipment and the training of Healthcare Professionals.
