This October, Springboard supporters, ambassadors, friends and staff will be aiming to raise £100,000 for the charity’s work by taking part in the Virtual Race to Qatar – a challenge in which 10 teams of 30 will each race the 6,462 miles from London to Qatar and back throughout October.

I have personally pledged to run, cycle and walk 216 miles in October towards the Springboard team’s target – as well as raise £500 towards the £100k goal.

Every penny we raise will go towards Springboard’s work and our mission to fututeproof the talent pipeline for hospitality. Last year, Springboard trained 3,454 unemployed people and supported 77% of them into work in the hospitality industry.
