Hi everyone. 

On 6th October 2013 I will be running my first half marathon; the Royal Parks run, which starts and ends in Hyde Park!

Also running are my brother Peter, cousin Ollie and friend Matt. 

I have chosen to raise money on behalf of the Dogs Trust.

In September 2012 our family dog Toffee passed away 2 weeks before his 18th birthday. He had a great life and has left us all with so many fond memories, as all dogs do their owners. He also loved running and was fitter and faster than I will ever be, so I have decided to run in his memory.

The Dogs Trust are there to look after those dogs who aren't lucky enough to find a happy home at the first attempt. I already sponsor two dogs through the charity because I feel its a very worthwhile cause.
