Christopher's Uncle Colin took his own life nearly 2 years ago and Christopher would like to raise funds for Mind in order to help other people who find themselves facing similar situations. We want people, men and women, to never feel ashamed to tell anyone if they are down, depressed or suicidal. Mental Health should not be a taboo, men should never be ashamed to talk about their feelings.

I will be accompanying Christopher on the hike but this is his challenge and his way of supporting anyone facing these feelings and of course the families and loved ones left to deal with the questions.
