From the start of her illness right up until the end, mum was at her strongest when she was either going to or leaving The Christie in Manchester. The feeling they were doing their best, even in her darkest moments gave her hope and we all need a bit of that every now and again. 

Flowers are lovely but don't last long. Anyone who knew mum would know that she would have far rather helped someone else rather herself and a donation in her name will do just that.
