I will be running the York 10k, and even though I want to run it anyway to challenge and enjoy myself, I would really like it to achieve something more than that, and it seems like a good way to remind people of an organisation which does very important things, to help people struggling in really bad ways, and to invite you to support their work with a donation. Every little helps!
