ICS Entrepreneur with Challenges Worldwide is an opportunity to share business skills and knowledge with small and medium enterprises whilst working alongside a local volunteer. Through helping a local company you will be involved in the continued growth and development of their organisation.

Story

In November 2018, Chris Joyce, Will Mortimer and Shaun McCance are planning to cycle the vertical height of Mount Everest (8848m) by cycling in the Annupurna region of Nepal. This will include two ascents of a 5,509m pass.

The purpose: We are doing this to raise money for Challenges Worldwide (CW), who send volunteers into developing countries to share skills and knowledge to assist the sustainable growth of small and medium business enterprises. The money raised from this event goes direct to CW, who will use the money to support growing business enterprises, helping increase the financial stability and independence of developing countries.

"Invest in education; it is the exit to poverty" - I cannot remember who said this, but they make a good point.
