This weekend, along with Lex Kulukundis, I’ll be attempting the David Goggins 4/4/48 challenge. Starting at 8am on Friday the 18th December we will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.

I’m hoping to raise £400 for Cancer Research along the way so please do donate to the effort.
