Thanks for supporting me with this fundraising initiative for the Binfield 10k. Up until 3 weeks before the date of the race I have literally run once since doing it last year and if you're being technical, that wasn't a run at all... so I have a couple of weeks to put mind over matter and get ready to take on the 10k course....which many* say is the toughest in the world.

This year I'm aiming to add a little twist in to the day, hopefully not an ankle or knee...you'll have to follow me on the day to check out that element of surprise.

Every penny spurs me on and helps this charity to help so many more people. Thanks in advance for your support and generosity it really will help make a positive difference...and get me off my backside to do something good.   If you can make it to Binfield to watch me, bring something warm and night goggles and I'll see you at the finish line.
