Story

Last year, with amazing support from my family and friends, I managed to complete the 2021 Adrian Flux Lap of Anglia.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated and supported me along the way.

I’m coming back for more! This charity means the absolute world to me, I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them.

In my new world, I live every day with back pain and shoulder pain, and I am riddled with anxiety for which I receive constant help.

I do not, and cannot, cycle outside alone at all anymore. All of the training I will do for the Lap of Anglia will be undertaken indoors on my Wattbike on Zwift as part of the Atom Racing Team.

Completing the Lap again is a huge personal challenge for me and one I do not take lightly. I’m so grateful my wife has agreed to let me do it, as it’s such a worry for her.

It is the most supportive event for me and I am able to manage as there are support vehicles and a paramedic with us all the time.

I feel it is my duty and privilege to ride the Lap again and continue to raise money for the amazing East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, and if you are able to donate I’d be so incredibly grateful.

Every penny we raise keeps them flying and saving the lives of people as lucky as me.
