On 7 July, myself and Martyn will be cycling 100 miles from Lincoln Castle to the Coast and back again for the RSPCA Lincolnshire Mid and Lincoln Branch, a local branch who desperately need our help to continue giving the rescued animals of Lincoln the best chance in sometimes horrible situations.
