Trek to the Roof of Africa
Campaign by Gulf For Good (RCN 1140294)
We will trek to the summit of Africa's highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, in July and August 2019. This challenge will support two charity projects: 1) Larchfield Charity Children's Home and 2) building classrooms for the Enjoro Primary School with FAE.

Story

In July of this year I will be joining a group of enthusiastic ramblers with the aim of climbing to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

The reason for this? To be honest, I've been trying to contribute to a worthy cause for a while now. The lovely Lisa Richards introduced me to Gulf For Good around 4 years ago and I've jumped in 'feet-first' to take on one of their more demanding challenges.

The trek to the roof of Africa with Gulf For Good will be a unique experience, raising much-needed awareness and sponsorship for children in Tanzania. Your donations will support two charities in this amazing yet troubled country. What's more, we get to spend time with the children and witness the differences being made to their lives.

Thank you all so much for your support in this endeavour. I will let you know how I get on and the incredible experiences we have at the two charities.
