Fundraising for Breast Cancer Now
Story

When you find out your younger sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer it’s a massive shock and really took the wind out of me, she’s only 34 and currently of work on maternity with a 6 month old and also bringing up her 6 year old along with her husband. Living so far away I can’t be there as often as I’d like. I myself have been injured with a foot injury since and and have been unable to run, this news has given me a kick up the arse aswell, I’ve decided to try and run the lincoln 10k in Oct just 2 days after her 35th birthday. At this time she currently hasn’t start her treatment but that should start in the very near future and fingers crossed the out come will be a positive one, she’s a strong woman and will kick (Timmy’s) ass and beat this.
I’ve decided to raise some money for the breast cancer research and care charity and hopefully some of you will have some spare money to assist me. I’m self funding the race so all donations will go to the charity. Thanks in advance and wish me look..
