When I said I’d do this it wasn’t supposed to be 25 miles and it wasn’t supposed to be at the end of 1.5 years sat on my backside. But, here I am, on the train to Penzance, feeling rather nervy about what I’m about to do tomorrow - a 25 mile coastal adventure run which is on track and in the sea:
