On the 27th May this year myself, Andy, Hugh and Tom will be doing the Nuffield Health Triathlon at Dorney Lake.

We' re all doing it in memory of our close friend Pat, who sadly died in October after battling a brain tumour for 5 years. We all miss him hugely and are doing it for Brain Tumour Research, which was a charity he supported.

For those that knew him you'll know what a terrific person he was, but for anybody who didn't know Pat, then please read about him here.

The Triathlon we're doing involves a 1500 km swim in a lake, a 40 km bike and a 10 km run.

Any donations to any of us, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.
