We support adult survivors of child abuse to rebuild their lives

TL;DR After completing couch to 5K just over two years ago, I'm thrilled to share that I'm running a marathon! What's more, I'm delighted to be supporting Contemporary Choir's charity of the year, NAPAC!

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past couple of years then you'll know that I've been doing an awful lot of running. And I'm planning to do quite a bit more, because on the 7th November I'm running a marathon (yep, a full one) in Exeter!

As part of this, I'm thrilled to be raising money for Contemporary Choir's charity of the year, NAPAC! The National Association for People Abused in Childhood offers support to adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect. They provide the only free national support service for adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse, and for many, contacting NAPAC is a first step to recovering from trauma and leading happier, more fulfilled lives. I'd be hugely grateful for whatever you can give, big or small, in aid of such a worthy cause. 🙏💙

Plus, if you're around in Exeter then I'd love you to come and watch! Whether it's for just a little bit or the full morning, I'd be so grateful for your support! 😊 Please let me know if you're around that day, and I'll be sure to keep you posted with further updates! If you're not in Exeter then I'll make sure to upload a tracking link so you can track me as I dash up and down the river.
