From the Lakes to Alcatraz and back to Windsor

Fred Whitton Challenge 2014 · 11 May 2014 ·
On May 11 I'm riding in the Fred Whitton Challenge. With a distance of 180km over every mountain pass in the Lake District, it's considered the UK's toughest cycling event: http://www.fredwhittonchallenge.co.uk.
Then on June 1st I'll swim, bike and run around San Francisco in the now legendary Escape from Alcatraz triathlon. Yes, the water's cold and the current's strong but I'm told the sharks 'generally' stay away: http://www.escapefromalcatraztriathlon.com.
Back home on June 15th I'm aiming to beat my 4 year personal best in one of the season's classic races, the Windsor Triathlon: http://humanrace.co.uk/events/triathlon/windsor-triathlon.
I'm raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support, a fantastic organisation that provides practical, medical and financial support to improve the lives of people affected by cancer: http://www.macmillan.org.uk
Thank you for your support!
