So man vs mountain is going to be the last big event that myself and Craig Abbott will be doing on our list this year we are starting in may with an event called ratrace Dirty weekend, then man vs lakes, then man vs coast, and then on to man vs mountain at the start of sept. all these events are over 20 miles with obstacles between start and finish. each event is designed to push your mind and body to its max. So our training programme is going to be very full of long runs across country, with a lot of hill runs as well, and also we are going to be doing a lot of strength work to get us through and over these obstacles.

For this last event we will be joined by 3 of our companies corporate team Kevin Denham, Sean Freckleton and Joost Seijkens and we are hoping to raise as much as we can for the amazing charity make a wish foundation.
